How are FRESH and TRUSTED accounts different?
+
FRESH accounts are newly created and ready to use immediately, while TRUSTED accounts are aged and warmed up over time, giving them a stronger reputation and a longer usable lifespan. Choose FRESH accounts when you want the lowest price and are doing high-volume, throwaway or temp-mail work where each inbox is only needed briefly. Choose TRUSTED (aged) accounts when stability matters more than cost, so pick them for anything you plan to keep, log into repeatedly, or rely on over time. Both types are delivered with the same credential set: email, password and, where available, OAuth2 tokens. For maximum longevity with TRUSTED accounts, avoid rapid bulk actions immediately after purchase and keep usage patterns natural, since sudden unusual activity is what most often gets any email account challenged or limited.
I bought an account but it looks used by someone else. What now?
+
Every account is sold exclusively to a single customer, so this should not happen. If you can't access an account you just bought, you're covered by the login guarantee. Open a support ticket right away with the order reference and we'll replace it at no extra cost. Because access after delivery is outside our control, the single most important step is to change the password as soon as you receive any account you intend to keep; a fresh password is the surest way to lock an account to you alone. Test new purchases promptly rather than weeks later, so a replacement can be issued quickly while the order is still recent. Treat the credentials like any secret: store them securely and don't share them.
How fast is delivery?
+
Delivery is instant and automated. There's no manual approval or waiting on support. The moment your prepaid balance covers the order, the account credentials appear under Orders → order detail, ready to copy individually or download in bulk. This is true whether you buy a single account or several thousand at once, and whether you order through the website or programmatically through the API. The only thing that has to happen before a purchase is your crypto deposit confirming on-chain; once that clears, your balance updates on its own and every subsequent order completes in seconds. Because you prepay a balance, you also skip a separate checkout for each purchase. Buying simply draws down the funds you already hold.
How do I add funds?
+
Go to Add funds, enter an amount and choose a cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC20), Litecoin or Tron. You'll be forwarded to a secure Plisio checkout, and no card, bank details or personal information is required. Once the payment confirms on-chain, your balance updates automatically and the deposit appears under Deposits, ready to spend. You top up a balance once and then spend it across any number of orders, so you never repeat a checkout per purchase, which is what makes both bulk buying and API automation seamless. If a deposit is still pending, it simply means the transaction hasn't received enough on-chain confirmations yet; it will credit automatically as soon as it does, with nothing further needed from you.
Do you offer replacements or a login guarantee?
+
Yes. Every account carries a login guarantee: if a delivered account fails to log in on first use, contact support with the order reference and we'll replace it at no extra cost. Each account is also sold only once, to a single buyer, so you're never handed credentials that have already been distributed elsewhere. To get the most from the guarantee, test accounts promptly after purchase rather than long afterward, so replacements can be issued quickly while the order is fresh. And on any account you plan to keep, change the password immediately. Access after delivery is outside our control, so a fresh password is the surest way to secure the account as exclusively yours.
Is there an API for bulk buyers?
+
Yes. Your API key lives on the API page inside your account, and with it you can check your balance, list live stock and purchase accounts programmatically. You get the same inventory and prices shown on the site, returned as structured responses. Both a modern query-string format and the legacy path format from the old system are supported, so most integrations take only a few minutes and existing scripts keep working. Because purchases draw from your prepaid balance, there's no per-order checkout: your script sends a product and quantity and receives the credentials back immediately, ready to store or pass to the next step of your workflow. Rotate the key at any time from the same page if you ever suspect it has leaked.
